Returns and Exchanges Policy 

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

No refunds.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order being delivered. We need to receive the merchandise on those 14 days. 

All returns/exchange shipping costs are at the expenses and the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, at the expense of the customer.

No returns or exchanges for International orders.

Merchandise bought with a gift card can only be exchanged. 

Gift cards will be sent in an email to the person who bought it.

Please be aware that all bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories and discounted merchandise are final sale.

Once your return/exchange is marked as received, a store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card. Store credits are valid for 60 days.
